Eric has over 35 years of experience leading growth transformations in engineering and manufacturing companies. Eric has held executive roles that span all company functions, with P&L responsibilities from $30M to $150M across US and International businesses. Having roots in R&D and Operations, he is named on over 25 patents, is Lean/Sigma certified, and was an adjunct Professor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota for 27 years. Eric enjoys rebuilding cars, restoring old houses, travel, history, and mentoring individuals and teams in Leadership and Innovation.
