The Opportunity:

The Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and development by spearheading continuous improvement (CI) meetings and coaching sessions with our clients. This seat is essential for enhancing sales strategies and process methodologies to establish consistent standards and foster growth. Through weekly L10 structured CI meetings and mentorship, the Sales Consultant empowers sales teams to excel in their roles, surpassing both personal and team goals. Strategic planning is key in developing a consistent curriculum adaptable to individual team needs, rooted in sales expertise to support coaching activities. Utilization of sales assessments and evaluations will assist in identifying improvement areas and tailoring coaching plans based on team results. A growth mindset is imperative in this role, with continuous improvement being a primary focus.

The Challenges:

You will encounter an array of obstacles requiring resilience and adaptability within this fast-paced role. Facilitating approximately 10 continuous improvement meetings weekly demands not only exceptional organizational skills but also the capacity to thrive within constant activity. You will work with diverse clients with distinct needs, personalities, and opportunities, spanning various time zones due to our global reach. While adept customer service skills are essential, you’ll also need the finesse to strike a balance between serving clients and guiding them toward success. Operating within the dynamic of a small company introduces an additional layer of complexity, requiring the ability to wear multiple hats to assist the team. Self-motivation and autonomy are necessary attributes for success in this seat. Flexibility in working beyond traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and frequent travel are inherent and while this position is remote, residency in the Twin Cities metro area is a requirement.
