What do you do in your role at The Next Step?
I am a process-oriented leader and account manager with key strengths in sales, systems, business processes, customer management, and problem resolution. At The Next Step Inc., I am an external and internal facing solution architect that focuses on supplementing my teams and clients in the fields of sales and marketing. I work with customers internationally and manage projects of varying shapes and sizes to promote efficiency and efficacy.

‍How/when did you first become interested in this type of work?
“And make no mistake. Relationships are the single most important thing to you and your life”
I strive every day to create meaningful relationships while positively impacting the lives of those around me. I look to leave the world a better place by sharing my gifts and talents to the best of my ability. I was meant to work with people, cultivate relationships, and guide success through collaboration. TNS has a large and diverse network of people which offers me the opportunity to constantly meet and help new people.

‍What aspect of your job brings you the most satisfaction?
Extrinsically – Strategically building successful partnerships with both clients and colleagues that result in both monetary and relationship success. Intrinsically – Overcoming adversity and perfecting my craft while maintaining the ability to continuously seek knowledge with a strong presence of autonomy.

‍How do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy travel, golf, and meeting others from around the world. I cannot stay in one spot geographically for too long of a period and for that reason, I’m consistently traveling to meet friends or visit new places. Frequent sports and exercise are everyday things that I value and try to engage in wherever there is a chance. I’m also always looking for activities with some friendly competition.

‍I believe that trust and honesty are the basis for any relationship. My door is open for anyone that wants to have a good conversation or discuss different ideas. I do not judge others based on their thoughts or feelings but rather seek to understand in any conversations I am having both professional and personal.
